Choke Saver Classes

Persuant to MGL CH. 94 Sec 305D

Each restaurant, having a seating capacity of 25 persons or more, shall have on its premises when food is being served, an employee trained in manual procedures approved by the department of public health to remove food lodged in a person’s throat.

This class covers adult, child and infant as well as saving yourself. As well as:

  1. Good Samaritan Law (rolls and responsibility as a first responder)
  2. 911
  3. Anaphylaxis
  4. Choking
